The look of the new Mbox generation is pretty convincing. The knobs are made out of plastic but seem quite rugged. With such a weight, you can be sure it wont slip down from your desk! The dimensions are also generous: 13.7" × 7.6" × 2.3". It looks quite sturdy due to the fact that it has a metal housing and not less due to its heaviness (6.2 lb!). Un-installed and re-installed the driver for MBox, and then MBox 3 Pro ( 6 times ), which has always worked in the past. I just upgraded the RAM from 8GB to 32GB and now I can’t get it to recognise the Mbox again. When I got my second-hand 2017 iMac ( one month ago ) I installed the drivers for the MBox Pro 3, and it worked perfectly.
